Great post and something to think about. Sometimes, it’s a very small thing or comment that will change our perception and make us ponder things in a totally different way. Glad to see you still have time to write posts with all of the blog visits. Take care and stop by when you have “time”.

This is a question that I think many of us wonder about. I love that you are not trying to portray any specific image…just about life and what comes to mind to share.

I’ve been out of the loop for about a month now (life happens sometimes, doesn’t it?!), but it’s so nice to see your many comments on other students blogs and on the forum! You are a great inspiration and it sounds like you are reaping some of the seeds you have so faithfully been sowing!

I see no problem in writing about stuff that you fancy writing about, in fact I like to read blogs which have a sort of random theme to them because there is always going to be something that’s going to interest me. I also believe that life experience and advice should always be shared and not kept to the individual.

Oh splendid, John. I really like the eclectic blogs, as Jay says, something for everyone. Glad you like the look of the gallery. We worked really hard on it. Thanks for the mention on your blog, but I love the post itself. I aim to write about ‘what I know’ and am now at a point of thinking, how far can I take this before I become repetitive. I like the idea of adding some eclectic posts into the blog to add some more of my own style and personality.

This really is an interesting post, i too have thought the same about making my blog a niche blog for targeted traffic, but then i thought it wouldn`t make a difference because of my name John Edwards and the niche being eBay both are massive in the organic search results so no matter how hard i optimized my blog it will never appear on google 1st page , so i might just write about anything !
