Organisation
One of our key skills in life and as internet marketers has to be organisation. I have found myself careering from one task to another to another and not having any kind of system in place to cope with everything we have learned to do so far.
Today I decided that has to stop! One of the things I have been desperately trying to get on top of is posting comments on fellow students blogs. JT suggested we should try to post to 5 blogs each time. That’s ok but I was having difficulty remembering which ones I already posted to – then suddenly the list seemed an awful lot longer than it started out as! I realise these were domains that people had not sent in yet so the list was, in fact, longer!
Now I have oraginsed my list into bookmarked pages that are stored in alphabetical files (it has taken me all afternoon to do this – all 135 of you!). My intention is to try to take each file in turn and work through it. It will also make it easier for me to find people I am looking for more quickly.
I have signed up to some sites as I really like the way the blog is coming on and I will continue to post comments on those more frequently. So now I am more organised about the blogs. Having read another blog about twitter and making a point of posting there at a set time each day I have decided that I will complete my update tasks inthis way for everything. Hopefully in time these tasks will become shorter as we get more automated.
There really does seem to be so much to do!
Enjoy the journey!
Hi again Mandy
I am very impressed that you are getting so organised. I only wish I could do the same. I will keep trying.
Best wishes
Ann
Hi Ann,
Someone once said ‘a tidy mind’ etc. Not that I have one of those either!
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Hi Mandy,
Thanks for your comments on my blog and thanks also for the very simple but not so obvious solutions to a problem that a lot of us are having. I think its a great idea.
I make a point of always leaving a recipricle comment.
Enough though…I haven’t even touched week 8 yet.
Thanks
Hi Phil,
I, on the other hand, have only just got round to recognising that I should leave replies to these comments!
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Phil
Hello Mandy,
I am so very, very impressed. I didn’t realize there are so many of us. To help me along, I printed out the list of links John Thornhill provided after the webinar, and then I write notes next to their names. Yep, it’s a LONG list indeed
Like yourself, I am watching those more closely I have an interest in as well.
Thank you for making sure you keep tap on all of us!
Svenja
Svenja, make sure you update the list, a lot of new names were added a week or so after the webinar.
Hi Mandy,
Is there a link to the Mastercalss students list?
Steve
Yes Steve, it is http://www.johnthornhillmasterclass.com/blogs/
If you want a list in alphabetical order just message me, I can provide a word doc with http addresses so you can just click and bookmark in order. I put mine into one file called blogs then sub files with a+b, c+d, e+f etc. Hope this helps.
Mandy
Hi Mandy,
Great Blog with lots of good content.
Good point about organisation. If everythings in its’ place you know where to find stuff which makes life easier and more efficient, and anything which makes life easier has got to be good.
All the best,
Barry

Hi Barry, thanks for that confirmation. I really think I need to be more organised!
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Yep Mandy, that is my biggest problem — organization — I have been getting a little better as time progresses, but still have a long way to go. Thanks for your nice comments on my blog, and I feel the same with yours – great information here!
Thanks Mandy,
Ron
Hi Ron, thanks for dropping by. I have such positive feelings about this course. It’s brilliant!
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Hi Mandy,
Thanks for your comment. After reading your blog I too got organised and put all the students into a spreadsheet with a link to their website. Now I will add to it as to content, where they come from. I had today off as I’m working next Saturday. Look like all markets are taking a dive today. Regards Bruce
Hi Bruce, goodness, you have been busy! Well done. I have decied to subscribe to my favourite blogs then visit the others every week or so.
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Hi Mandy,
Thanks for letting me know! How are things coming along??
Svenja
Hi Svenja, well, I’m still enjoying the journey and that’s what it’s all about!
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Mandy,
Good article and one of the difficult things with all of the info overload. Here’s a great tool I recently discovered to help organize all of your PLR products, ebooks and affiliate programs.
